@Joe, apart from Tiong Bahru I haven’t been able to pick up a proper signal anywhere on the island. I have an antenna for sale if you want one!

Is DVB-T signal in Singapore extremely weak. I tried installed one in Car but signal is terribluy bad. Even portable unit have problem decoding signal in open space. I would tthink the signal are good since TV mobile used to be on buses previously and picture quality was quite ok?? Are those transmitters broadcast in cell like DAB and are they well covered in this respect.

I DID use to have 5 and 8 although where I currently live, I cannot get a signal.

@Yeesoong:

A WinTV HVR-1200 and a “Daiyo HDTV Digital Antenna model EU1701″. As I remember it, the antenna was picked up in Sim Lim Square.

hi, what hardware did you use?
i don’t get any signal with the small mobile
antenna with my usb dvb-t stick.
did you have to use a roof top antenna?

Hi u managed to get Chanels 5 and 8 on DVB-T, Does that still work now?

I can’t seem to receive those channels. Only managed to get TV Mobile.

Please send me a mail with the tuner that you are using also ?
